This is a new thread for this current year,

Grateful if you could keep posts when reporting scams etc to the basic facts so that other members can quickly access information about them. Hopefully by so doing, we can help prevent members falling into the many online scams out there.

Thanks for your cooperation,

Had this email today, Your courier is delivering your Ark Rubber and Resin parcel today. I haven`t ordered this so i`m not sure what to do when it arrives? Anyone else had this problem? Advice please.

Scams seem to be almost cyclical…my wife and I have been getting five or six phone scams daily this past week. In addition as in the article (from Mort) we also get many emails from UPS and the scary one: Norton. Unfortunately the so called authorities on both sides on the pond cannot or will not do anything!

Thanks Mort, The `rubber resin` parcel arrived. Turns out to be the artificial grass I ordered & not rubber resin, no wonder I was confused (normal for me unfortunately)

My Wife has a habit of falling over so the grass should be a bit more forgiving than the concrete !
