Hi - my mother Carol Diane Underhill gave birth to me on January 11th 1958 and we spent 6 weeks at Lynwood House until I was adopted. Sadly I have never seen her since but believe she may still be in Birmingham - or was until a few years ago. I know she married David Snape in the 1960’s.

for the sake of data protection and privacy i have deleted the last 3 posts which gives personal information and could relate to living persons...can members please contact helen via our private message system thank you

I'm not quite sure why the last 3 posts were deleted as the information on those posts is freely available for anyone to find.

Therefore wouldn't the marriage in 1964 (which names the bride) come under data protection.

William.

quite agree william and i have edited that bit from my post...and yes info is readily available but to protect this forum we feel that certain information given on such a delicate subject is best relayed via our private messages rather than on open form...its always difficult especially as the person in question may not wish to be found
