Can you help me with this photo. I want to send it on to an elderly aunt but as you can see it has faded. Would it be possible to be tidied up. Many Thanks.. Josie
Josie, I think this is quite a difficult task, there is hardly any detail in this photo to recover. Can you scan the photo again at a higher resolution say at least 300dpi
hi folks this one is not in good shape at all but could someone please have a go at a tidy up please...
i have also asked on another thread if anyone can tell me what regiment these men served under..

how on earth do you experts do that froth...wonderful thank you...the photo only came to me after giving up of ever finding one and is the only one i know to of my grandad albert ernest wood who was in the RFA during WW1..over the moon to have it...he is back row first left...
i love this one as well....looks like dad got most of the men to sign the back of this...not sure what reg he was in could be the royal warks during national service....will also post the back of the photo just in case anyone recognises any of the names...dad george harrington is back row third from the left..

thanks lynne...our dad left me in charge of all the old family black and whites but my sister has turned up about 6 that i didnt know about and as luck would have it grandads photo was one of them...
another one just come to light....would appreciate a tidy up on this one please folks...cutting from the sports argus showing the presentation of the aston darts league trophy...our dad george harrington is right at the back in the middle wearing dark tie..no date but im guessing sometime in the 60s..
