Stockfield road

I lived at 388 stockfield road Yardley and went to hobmoor school. I remember Rita's chip shop and lawdens bicycle shop in the sixties. My dad drove lorries for birds in digbeth. We moved to banbury with the firm 1966.
 
Here is a railway bridge being built in 1939 at Stockfield Road, presumablty when the road was made dual carriageway, the old bridge being retained for the other carriageway
