'Rednal' House

Does anyone recognise this house in Birmingham or Rednal?

My ancestor lived there and I am hoping to find an address or see if it is still standing.

There are some map references to a Rednal House in other threads, but not sure if that is the same one or this house is somewhere else around Birmingham.

Photograph taken about 1870?

Hi and welcome to BHF. It may be Rednal House that was located on the Lickey Road in Rednal, Birmingham, near the base of the Lickey Hills

Rednal House existed on 1937 map



but had gone by the 1960s.

Blimey funny this thread has come up. I was only looking the other day at the above sketch map and seeing when Rednal house was demolished on maps going back....I was intrigued because of the pond inthe grounds.

I am wondering if Rednal House was demolished after WW2 when the Rubery Hill Council estate was built.
