Parisian Club Cannon Street

The Parisian was owned by Eddie Fewtral (Spelling?), I believe. We played there once, in the late 70's, just when Punk was starting out. We were spat at while playing, country rock, but was supposed to be, a sign of appreciation.:joy:
It was a bit rough when I went with my friend, we were standing by a pillar and someone threw a glass at the pillar! Luckily we were not injured, but we never went there again. Brum was never short of pubs to visit!

That story Lemonella, is amazing, well before we played there, we used to go there regularly. One night, I had a glass thrown at me hitting me on the head, just above my eye. It bounced off me and smashed on the pillar behind me. The blood was everywhere, 7 stitches later, after being driven to the Accy. I was raring to go:innocent:
