A cracking Photograph of Villa Rd circa 1930. The right side of photo shows the shop of W. Arthur Ford, which according to Kelly's 1932 was 94-96 Villa rd which is just after Hunters Rd. Max

Here is another great Postcard of Villa Rd. Just before Hunters rd . I never knew that on the corner of Villa Rd and Hunters rd there had been a pub !!!! which can be seen in the post card, ( it was on the site of what was in my day Willets the green grocers ).

I have been able to find the name of this now long gone pub, it was The Goulebourne Arms in 1932 kelly's. Max
