No, Agnes' parents appear to be Frederick Moore (as per marriage certificate) and Agnes Connor/O'Connor. She is listed as Connor and O'Connor at different times.

Frederick possibly born 1849 Bradford, parents from Norfolk.

Agnes possibly born 1848ish Bham, parents from Ireland.

Their marriage is on Ancestry under Catholic Marriages, 1878.
