Brilliant, that helps alot. Are there any directories between 1918-30, I am looking to see when the business was in Henry E Smith's name before transfering back to a Schulze. We know he took over the business in 1918, but are unsure if the name changed or how long he owned the business for.

My grandmother married Maxmillion Fischer - the son of Harry Fischer who was born in Kiel Germany. They lived at the back of 60 Pershore St in 1891 census - Harry was a sausage skin manufacturer however in 1901 is described as a butcher and then living in Dean St. This is interesting maybe a coincidence or did Bruno take over from him?
