Boots shoes & socks in 1800 in Birmingham esp pictures

I’m including the wonderful William Hutton in my book on travellers along Hadrian’s Wall and would love a picture of likely boots that he wore to walk from Birmingham to Carlisle, then right through to Newcastle beside the Wall and back again, returning home in the same pair and not getting a. Single hole in his socks! What a man! What a pair of booots!
