School Dinners

I don't recall those van but I do recall that some schools cooked diners for other schools without kitchens. They would pack the freshly cooked food each day into large square aluminium insulated containers. Court Farm School, Short Heath, Erdington cooked for other schools.

FOP332 - FOP 480 were BCT double deck buses registered between 1942 and 1946. All were called utility buses, style and design mandated by the Ministry of War Transport. Spartan by BCT the usual standard but as they said at the time - well there was a war on! 1788628089170.png
