Not emails but you can use private messagung,
click on the name under the avatar and then start conversation which is what private messages are called on here. If you get a message you will see a red "1" next to the envelope by your name at the top of the page.
Just click on the small envelope at the top right hand corer of the page and click start a new conversation. Pop the name of the member in the recipient’s box, a title of your message next, then away you go with your conversation in the box below.

Yes I did. Don't recognise your name, I remember a James Burn, not sure if he's related? 77-82 were the exact years I was there. Loved and miss the place - so much so when I started my own private school in Spain I chose the Yardley's uniform as a starting point!
Hiya all, I was at YGS between about 1960 to 1965 I reckon. I remember many of the names that are on this Forum, so I was obviously in the same Form as many of them.
My name's Rob Baker and reckon I was in same form as Don Westbrook, Dave Vedmore, Jon Poole and many more that have been mentioned here. The Form started in our first year at YGS with Miss Pottinger as Form teacher, we were all very rotten to her if you remember? I still feel bad about that.
Dunno if anyone can help me, but I reckon somewhere in my house I've got one of those "all school" panoramic roll out photo's taken in the girls playground with the "new block" as the background, probably around 1963 or 1964.
If I can find it out, would anyone try and help me upload it so you can all benefit from it?
I live in Dorridge and would be pleased to share memories/photos.
