The council did try putting a rule out to state that you needed permission from the relatives to take phots of grave marker in Birmingham. yes i was thinking that mike...short staffed if any at all with a lot of cems/crems...Sounds a bit peculiar to me. The cemetery is a public palce, paid for by the citizens. Mind you, now with all the cuts, I doubt if there is any money available to employ jobsworths
