Great photo Mike, and we think the traffic is bad these days, whats the betting someone at the next bus stop will get on and say "why are late".

Shame I missed this earlier (I was at work till midnight). The street lights were unique in Birmingham to Broad Street and Easy Row, and as the first bus has a 'West Midlands' fleetname and not the city coat of arms, it must be after October 1969.
 
How familiar that photo was! It was just like that when I worked in town and was going home at night on the bus along Broad Street on my way to Quinton in the early 1960s!!
