phil..im sure ive seen this pic somewhere before but cant recall where....another stab at the erdington area....
 
The nearest attempt so far has been petewhitemdr1, and he's not all that close, I suppose it depends on what part of Solihull he means. By the way it is not in Solihull.

It's seems that we are all over the place, we are getting nearer but still not the right place. This is a well known location if somewhat changed today. The building obviously not the one in the photo, but a replacement has undergone another recent change.
