No idea who the others are...

Glad you like it!
Took me ages to figure out how to re-size it so I could get it on here!

I would love to name the other folks on there too,but that's gonna be a long shot...

The Lucas's lived Summer Lane/Farm Street so I'm having a guess that where the photo was taken.
Both Maureen and Bob (Robert) went to Farm Street School.

Worth the wait great photo, I had a photo of the prefects at our shool and two of them wore wellingtons cut down whatever the weather. Hard times them:(

Frothblower - that's a great redo ...I am sure Mrs. T will love it.
Great photo. Nice to see these old group photos. Can't say I ever appeared in one:|

To save opening another thread I thought you wouldn't mind me posting this photo I found in a post card book of summer lane, the kids in it look pretty poor but they all look so happy, just look at the boy just left of the centre he looks quite smart and know it by the look on his face but he must have his dads shoes on unless he has enormous feet.

summer lane

I love seeing these old photos, The lad's large shoes, MarieW look suspiciously like Clogs to me.

summer lane

Yes A Very Nice PICTURE I WOULD IMAGINE IT WAS SUMMERLANE
THE KIDS IN FARM STREET WAS BETTER DRESSED
BUT THE KIDS IN SUMMER LANE HAD NOTHINK BUT THEY WAS HAPPY
THATS HOW I REMEMBER THE DAYS AS A LITTLE WHIPPER SNAPPER ,
BEST WISHES ASTONIAN ;;;

It is a nice photo the book I got it from are those little £3.50 ones but it dosen't say what year this photo is but most photo's in the book are 1900 to 1920 so I would imagine it around that time.

There are a few hole in the washing isn't there, but I see all of the bedroom window are open airing the rooms, mind you I should think they probably had a bit of damp in these houses so I suppose they woud have to open them.
