Let me know if you spot any family. Dean Street youth club was at the bottom end of Skinner Lane (opposite end to the shop)

its ok clive ive found him...on the 1939 eve of war reg living at no 18 skinner st with lucy who i presume is his wife..looks like he died in 1940..on the 1921 census he and lucy are at 18 skinner st living with them are walters 3 step children all with surname of callaghan and one son george falkner aged 8 (your dad ?)..so i presume that lucy had been married before..hope this info is of help
