Sauce

Anyone got any ideas for a nice sauce to go with Chicken stir fry, got carrots, brocoli, leaks just need a sauce

last night we had chicken and rich with veg stirred fried with a Cantonese sauce GREAT:biggrin:

Yo Pauline suggest you dig up some nice little Jersey New potatoes
for your poor ol man orf to work tomorrow (hug, Big Guy style )
Try some Brocolli but not with leaks, best with leeks & cheese saucey
ps Weather says rainy for you tomorrow so wrap his lunch nicely.

I love cheese sauce, but for me it would have to have been Mushroom sauce with garlic.
