James Albert Quiney b. 1887 (abt) Birmingham. Have not been able to find birth or death record for James. Have 1911 and 1921 census for him and marriage details (m. Jessie Alice Jackson June Q. 1914). A marriage record for his daughter (Edith Quiney) 24.9.1938 states father deceased. Why no birth or death records for him? No 1939 register for him but a number of ER years. Any help would be appreciated.

hi theodore can i ask where is james living on the 1911...i cant seem to find him for certain i can find a james quiney b 1887 on the 1911 b alcester occ painter..also i cant find him on the 1921..could we have a bit more info please..
