I am looking for any information or family members of the Povey family who lived in Ladywood

My financees grandfather was named Hubert Povey and he married Lillian Jones who worked on a fair, they may well both have done on some occaisons

Other names of interest are Cooper and Salter families both of Ladywood

May i suggest that you add some Dates, births/marriage of
Hubert Povey to Lilian Jones etc, maybe Streets they lived in & time zone
with some more info on your Cooper & Salter families added on
their respective Surnames on the Alphabetical Surname sections,
They get noticed better that way & improve your chances of responses,

hubert also appears on the 1891 census as a lodger in birmingham aged 3.

Thats them Hubert was an orphan born to an Harriett Povey who I have tracked on the census up to 1901. He must of been fostered out to the Humpages from Western Road Workhouse
