Apologies for the state of the image the is the Delicia Cinema Gosta Green like the signage - Westling Saturday and the small Craven A advert the car parked out the front and the lorry - best part is I know where this is - and its still there!! - now used by the European Bioenergy Research Unit - it looks amazing and good to see it survive
Moving back to Camp Hill and the same roundabout - we now have a view of the Ship Inn with a Tram approaching - again apologies for the dark areas on the photo- had to lighten it to bring out the frontage.
We now come to Broad Street in 1939 ( so the list says and we know how reliable that is !!) like the street lamps and the cars parked on the side of the road and is that the colonnade on the right? So we are looking up Broad street to where the ICC is now , and the frontage of the Municiple Bank on the left. Fine line of trees too.
