My grandfather lived at 25 Mornington Terrace, Mornington Road, Smethwick up to Jan 1921. I would appreciate guidance on where this may be as the maps I’ve looked at don’t identify it.

Amazing, thank you . My ancestors lived here for about 15 years in the early c20th.

Thank you. On the plan the houses appear to have front and back gardens. Mom told me the family lived in impoverished conditions.
