I think this is a new photo of the Bridge Inn pub in Monument Roa, though there have been others on the forum.

Yes, it shows the urinal just to the left of the front door of the pub. Convenient for punters who are taken short just after they have left the pub.

Yes I did also at Les & Ray's I was really young then I had to sit on the board , then in 1955 we moved lo & behold shortly after who moved into Granville Street off Broad Street L & R . I don't know why for some reason they always reminded me of Morcambe & Wise aalthough they never resembled them at all .

I'm not sure if I've illustrated Les or Ray, I only remember one barber, who smoked constantly
