Good evening all I’m hoping you can help me
During the 1940s (I think 1947-1950) my father lived at a shop as a child on Marsh lane Erdington with his family the Jones’s he could recall it being a general store and they were the middle of a row of 5 shops. Dodds decorators being at one end I’ve never really found very much about the shops and sadly my father passed away in 2022 I’ve always be interested in the time they spent at the shop he also attended Slade road school before they returned to Water Orton to live.
I’ve looked online but not really found very much unfortunately I don’t know where else to look
