Lincoln's Inn seems to have once have been an address off Corporation Street. It existed from at least the 1880s until at least 1919. It's not a location I've heard of before (at least not associated with Birmingham). I wondered if it was so named (after the London Lincoln's Inn? ) as originally a place connected with the legal profession ?
