Thanks. I searched 56 on the 1921 census but got a different family but their result came up under no. 36 but I'm unable to check transcription errors.

Not really relevant but Rhoda's first husband emigrated to US in 1907 and was still alive in 1940. Doubtful they divorced (possibly why she didn't marry Alfred) and she may have married Arthur bigamously.

Rhoda's eldest 2 daughters were listed as Walsgrove, though on the 1911 census the youngest of these 2 is listed as Hollingsworth (daughter) whilst the elder is listed as Walsgrove (adopted daughter). So I'd guess Rhoda's first marriage broke down sometime between their births.

Thanks for these posts, which I found quite helpful. I am interested in Harry (Henry) Taylor as he served on 41 Squadron RFC in 1917. I am the Historian for Squadron and am currently researching their WWI pilots. I note that the family also appears on the FamilySearch site at https://www.familysearch.org/en/tree/person/details/P3WS-Z8H

However, that page only provides the rough year of birth. Does anyone have access to records that might provide exact dates of birth (and where possible dates of death) for his family member, please? Charles Taylor (b 1844) & Sarah Ann Taylor (nee Brookes, b 1849), & siblings Florence (b 1870), Susan (b 1872), Leah (b 1874), Charles (b 1876), Rhoda (‘Rose’, b 1879), George (b 1882), & Lily (1885).

I also noted a mention of Harry living with his sister Rhoda in the 1911 census. May I ask the address, please, and if provided Harry's occupation?

For your interest as return thanks, please find some further records of Harry attached.

Kind regards and thanks in advance
Steve

Harry appears to be listed as Press Toolmaker and address appears to be Phillips St.

You may only be able to get his exact dob from his birth certificate.
