This may be wrong in many respects but, given the poor image quality, appears to be something along the lines of:

EVENING MAIL, FRIDAY, APRIL 18, 1975
Plea for jobs in bid to rescue firms
Evening Mail Reporter
A PLEA to save workers' jobs at troubled Bearbrand Nylons was being made by a Birmingham shop steward in talks in London today.
Union leaders launching a rescue bid to turn the ailing company into a workers' cooperative, were meeting with Bearbrand's appointed receiver to discuss new cash problems.
Birmingham manager, Mr. Henri Koundou, factory chairman of a shop managers' committee, was taking part in the talks.
The workers' £2,000,000 to save 2,400 jobs in three factories — is made up of £1,500,000 they hope to get from merchant banks and £500,000 they will seek from the Government.

To really understand what is printed here a more focussed image is essential!!

I think it is from the American-owned newspaper archive, which does have UK newspapers, but some different ones. They do allow you to search and then present a blurred image like this

Thank you to all for your help. It's an amazing story. Both Hrant and my relatives
late husband ended up working with Textiles in Birmingham. I'm sure she married the same year
of this article. I will catch up with her soon...You think you've finished researching, bot no never.
Thanks to some lovely folk on this great site. Always help me out. Always appreciated

The outcome was bankrupt, it was not taken over....He later had connections with Bourrneville college I have been told. Passed away 2008, Lodge Hill. Sad end, thank you all for the help with newspaper article...
