After 15 yrs of researching. My wife tells me she didn't know her GT grandparents. So family member who had all info passed away. I got her grandmother's/fathers marriage cert. As unsure of her nans birth. So it was Ada Johnson marrying Sidney Cheshire 1929, living in Farm Street, they both did. That gave me her great grandfather's name William Johnson. All seen on 1921 census.William Johnson was deceased by 1929. He joined The Air Force 1918. Was in hospital at Farnborough 1919. Have traced back her great GT grandfather Nehemiah Johnson married Emma Brown 1856 at ST Phillips, Birmingham. Unfortunately Nehemiah was born ABT 1835/6 on census 1881/91. If you need anymore info please ask.William Johnson married Agnes Louisa Moore. Also have birth certificate of Lydia Catherine Johnson born 1870. Father Nehemiah Johnson, St Peters. A metal castor living in Buck Street. Any ideas on Nehemiah please. Many thanks.

Are you on Amcestry? There is a tree on there with the marriage cert for Nehemiah and Emma. His father is William Johnson.
Hi and good to see you again, always helpful. I'm struggling for basically proof of either. Especially Nehemiah Johnson. Seen public trees on ancestry..One is helpful. The other main one from New Zealand makes no sense to me. Why couldn't he have been born in 1838 lol. No proof of his father. Wm Brown doesn't seem correct. Thank you, Keith.

The Emery public tree on ancestry.is correct. Got as far as I have. I missed it as Agnes was spelt Agnes. Then looked saw Farm St. Now dead end maybe. Nehemiah had a son 1873 same name. Think they lost one aged 2 again same name.

hi keith now you have got that marr cert what exactly are you now searching for...not sure if you will be any better off on FMP although no doubt they will have records that maybe anc do not have..dont think FMP have marr certs though

Well my wife bless her at least knows alot more. First time a couple of weeks ago first time had to cal an ambulance for her. She's ok now, great care 111 and virtual ward. No-one had heard off that. So I owe her this. Thanks again.

Nehemiah was born 28 Sep 1834, baptised as Johnstone 26 Dec 1834 at St Martin's son of William & Elizabeth.

Nehemiah married again in 1894.
