Saw the first Yellow Brimstone butterfly of 2024 this lunchtime in the garden.
Saw one yesterday, came back about 4 times, but did not remain still enough to get a picture.

Looks like a pretty tall umbrella you have there!Well, I did the jet washing!!!! Thank goodness all of that green yuk has gone. Just a few corners to tidy and jet wash, but most of it is done! Excuse the shed, it's due for repair!!!!
Spectacular!The view from the front of our house earlier this afternoon. This photo was taken by a neighbour as I had been out and when I got back the second rainbow was barely visible.

I would say a little brisk to be outside!No chance of me being in the garden today. Heavy rain forecast all day, and feeling -1 deg.
