Hi my mums cousin is Roy Hipkiss (she was the daughter of Mary Bebee). Roy Hipkiss was the son of Elizabeth Hipkiss.
They are related to the above post ... Ellen Farrell who we are trying to track down.
Not sure if these the Hipkiss family you are trying to track down.
Kind regards.

We had a Hipkiss family living near us in Hurlingham Road Kingstanding in the 1940s/50s, the only name I recall is, I think, John.

I have, in my family tree, a May Hipkiss of 89 Preston Road, Winson Green. I don't have access to details at the moment, I'm looking at an NHS Ins card starting Jan 1918 she passed in Sutton Sept 20, 1962, aged 73. (b1889 approx) I believe she had a brother George, and although I can't immediatlely find any evidence, City Road had at some point, had a family residence.
