Hello again, our first, car was a 1939 Morris 8 series E, cant remember how
much we paid or it, when the 10 year test came in as it was called in those days, a friend of ours had a brother who owned a garage which had
just started to test, so I took in, he got the car up on the ramp and then called me over, Look at this, he had a pencil which went right through the
bottom of the car, its absolutly rotton he said, he got off the ramp and
Take it away I havent seen it.That weekend we came over to Brum and
part exchanged for a Hillman Minx. Oh the Esso sign mean happy motoring. bye Bernard
 
YES WE HAVE Alf, I note one or two Threads are being repeated as new members find this great site. May be we should help any new member to look at the search button first????
But I for one would not like to see any member put off from posting, as many a new post may have info we have not seen before.
