find a property in hockley (family tree related )

good morning all ,
i hope you guys can help!
Tracing my husband's maternal line and Ive received a birth certificate that has an address that Im struggling to find ! the writing is not helping
it looks like sinnett or jinnett based in hockley, Birmingham.
Im trying to find out who lived there , owned it etc if it still exists etc if any photos or paperwork regarding it
and Ive tried google street map , but got no where !

hi sue..you dont say what year or give a name but it looks like unett street to me..all the old houses long gone and new ones built..the more info you can give the more chance that we can help you..old map below
