Another small nugget of information regarding Ida May.
Susan D stated earlier that "The youngest, Ida May never married. She went to live in north London and moved house regularly in that area. Her last residence was in Mill Hill. She died 10.9.1967 and left £5684."
It would appear that Ida May died whilst a resident of the same Mill Hill address that Elsie and Victor had occupied for many years. The probate summary says she was 'of' that address so I'm assuming she was a resident, as opposed to somebody visiting her late sister's house to administer her estate. Perhaps she was living with her sister in her later years and (as the last surviving sister) inherited the property?
