That is a disaster of epic proportions! Not only the cost overrun without seemingly any project controls but almost three years on and they are not being used for a very much need purpose.
I hope that the populace remembers at the elections!

sad to say richard quite a few of us predicted from the beginning that it would be another white elephant...did not realise just how much though

It is ridiculous. Anything to do with sport receives gold-plated treatment, whereas other things, intellectual, pleasant to do or even necessary, are cut back
