Alf's Liver Onions & Bacon

You will Need:-

Lamb or Pigs Liver (As much as you like)

Onions

Bacon

Stock Cubs


Brown Liver & Bacon then put it in a Saucepan with water.

Boil the Onions (In Salt Water) Save the Water to make your Gravy + some Juices from the Liver.

Add Stock Cubes (OXO etc)

Use Cornflour to thicken Gravy.

Put the Lot into a Casserole Dish and into the Oven for about I Hour.

This I uaually serve with Mashed Potatoes:whistle:


I shall be eating this lot later.:D
