This rare vintage car has been found in a barn in Warwickshire and is now up for auction - for anyone who might like to make a bid!

Coventry-built. Enough head room to wear a top hat inside the car and a chain of office compartment included - but of course !

Mothballed during the fuel crisis in 1958.

Currently the bid for the Daimler stands at £4,800 with 24 minutes of the timed auction left. Only £1,337 below it's delivery price back in 1952. Some late frantic bidding could yet, see the bidding near the 1952 cost. Hopefully it might be bought, with a view to putting it on public display locally, rather than being locked away again in someone's garage as an investment.
