At the end of the article it says the owners Greene King are looking to put in another manager and keep the pub open.
Finger crossed the closure is temporary.

yes indeed mike...i think phil (RIP) was also with us on that day...nice friendly pub..fingers crossed it will continue to be so

I really would not be concerned that this pub is going to be lost. It just needs an inspiring management team. Moseley is quite a vibrant place and most of the businesses seem to be thriving. The current landlord has been the director of several businesses which don’t have the most inspiring track record.
