There is a Florence Gertrude Green b1913 mmn Hodgetts who married a Samuel H Owen in 1949. She was living at 245 Newcombe Road in 1939. Living at 27 Brearley St in 1961 which I think is close to Farm St.

He did have a sister Joan - Joan Leah (sorry I missed the Joan off) b1926 d1985.. Never married. He also had 2 brothers and another sister - George Frederick b1912, Edna May b1915 and Victor b1920.

What info are you looking for? Further to Mike's info, on the 1939 Register they are listed at 237 Wilton St. George Homer married Florence May Evans in 1912. Daughter Leah appears to named after a sister of George.

As well as Samuel Thomas Sankey there is a Thomas Samuel Sankey b1887, who is listed as both Thomas and Samuel at times and appears to be a cousin. He was in the navy by 1911 and I think died in 1917 - HMS Amethyst.

I think you given the wrong birth year. Should be 1885 instead of 1875? In 1921 possibly boarder (listed as Thomas) with wife of a Harry Southwick

Even though the dob doesn't match that of RAF record, the road matches 1911 census. So maybe.

I suspect it will be Thomas but we don't know. Johnson is too common to be sure without the right records.

Marriage certificate would be the best bet. Though you could take a chance of the Johnson/Wainwright birth certificate for the dob and see if it matches. I'd go for the marriage certificate. Maybe more expensive and slower but you know they are definitely your relatives.
