Passing down Lower Villiers Street and took picture of the Niphon Works, built around 1865. Now in process of being turned in to flats. At least the frontage appears to be proseved.

Firkins Bakers shops returning to the Black Country!
I think I remember there were some of their shops in Birmingham too.

There was a Firkins on Bearwood Rd Smethwick. Custard slice, Eccles cake and those pineapple tarts with icing on the top. Don't know about Firkins in Birmingham?

I remember Firkins for their Eccles cakes, I did not realize they had 22 stores though!
