A lot of folks don’t realise how long colour film has been around. They were making high quality colour silent movies well before sound films.


My dad told me about “hospital blues” red, white and blue kit for injured soldiers, nice to see it in full colour ..

My mum was stationed at dover and was a plotter in the rooms ander Dover castle. How interesting that you should have photos of this.
There may be more pictures, I don't know, they are in a book from the Imperial War Museum and it costs about £15. I don't have the book but all the pictures are from there and were displayed on their web site, J.
