A lot of folks don’t realise how long colour film has been around. They were making high quality colour silent movies well before sound films.


My dad told me about “hospital blues” red, white and blue kit for injured soldiers, nice to see it in full colour ..

There may be more pictures, I don't know, they are in a book from the Imperial War Museum and it costs about £15. I don't have the book but all the pictures are from there and were displayed on their web site, J.
