Which building in Hinckley Street?

This 5 story building has no entrance from Hinckley St at the moment. It is surrounded by development. I've often wondered what it was. Is it a back with access from Station Street?

It was the back of a building fronting on Station Street in 1949 was it a pub or hotel ?

In the 1949 Kellys nos 59, 61 Station St were Mecca Ltd, caterers
