Billesley change of postal district

Hi All

Can anyone tell me when Billesley Birmingham 14 changed to Billesley Birmingham 13 ?
I think it was sometime about 1966/1967.

I remember it been changed but we moved to further up Yardley Wood Rd Solihull Lodge in 1968

Many moons ago when I worked for Royal Mail in Birmingham,(1953) B
13+14 were at the same delivery office, Kings Heath, it a change in
delivery pattens, a new estate or something of that nature.I lived at
Yardley Wood for many years until moving out on the Overspill Scheme

Just found a letter dated 1967 and the Billesley area was already B13.

I think it was sometime about 1966/1967.

As I said before, it is academic where postal deliveries are concerned
however postcodes are used a great deal by insurance companies and
the police to highlight certain areas of of high crime etc; Bernard
