  • HI folks the server that hosts the site completely died including the Hdd's and backups.
    Luckily i create an offsite backup once a week! this has now been restored so we have lost a few days posts.
    im still fixing things at the moment so bear with me and im still working on all images 90% are fine the others im working on now
    we are now using a backup solution

Can anyone tell me when Billesley Birmingham 14 changed to Billesley Birmingham 13 ?
I think it was sometime about 1966/1967.

I think it was sometime about 1966/1967.
Many moons ago when I worked for Royal Mail in Birmingham,(1953) B
13+14 were at the same delivery office, Kings Heath, it a change in
delivery pattens, a new estate or something of that nature.I lived at
Yardley Wood for many years until moving out on the Overspill Scheme

I think it was sometime about 1966/1967.
As I said before, it is academic where postal deliveries are concerned
however postcodes are used a great deal by insurance companies and
the police to highlight certain areas of of high crime etc; Bernard
