thanks jan was told it was the DWP building and it had notice of demo signs up...i did wonder at first if was 5 ways tower under demo..

I can't find planning application but not got laptop on. Not sure if that is just one proposal or is the accepted result.

I am not completely sure , but I seem to remember it being built around 61/62 time, by "Wates," I think, an old girlfriend left school and worked there, Sandra Hancock.
