  • HI folks the server that hosts the site completely died including the Hdd's and backups.
    Luckily i create an offsite backup once a week! this has now been restored so we have lost a few days posts.
    im still fixing things at the moment so bear with me and im still working on all images 90% are fine the others im working on now
    we are now using a backup solution

    The other premises for A T Gittins was on Aston Road north called UNIMAG, Universal, Magneto and Electrical, Diesel services. There was another depot in Worcester called Auto, Electrical, Services.

    I remember a Hawthorn garage on the Chester road opposite Sutton park. I Remember going there in the early seventies, it was an Alfa Romeo agency. It is now called Sutton Park Renault.

    My two pennerth is that the concrete building on the left is the stage door/goods inwards of the repertory theatre. The two tower blocks are both on Cambridge st, the one on the left is Norton tower, the one on the right is Crescent tower.

    169097 is Gray's motorcycles, Wellington road. In the sixties on the other side of Wellington road was company called - S.P.D .
