1970s CB radio song?

Thejones

Brummie babby
Does anyone remember a ballad type song about a lorry driver using his CB radio? It finishes with him saying something to control in a Brummie accent? The only lyrics I can remember are 'I can hear you loud, I can hear you clear '. I've asked Google AI the same question and it came up with Grattytood Undercover Lover which doesn't ring a bell? Also said that it was popular on BRMB in the day so hopefully I'm not imagining it!

There was a song called "car 67" and also one called "Convoy".
Is it either of them?
