Went to Brum today. Sat waiting at the lights, has Toys r us gone from High Street? Just got home and couldn't remember seeing it.

Great i will be there i loved Toys R Us . Loved the one in Dale End.They are re-opening new ones within W H Smiths in certain areas
Yes they were bought and sold a few times and milked by the VC’s (Vulture Capitals), then bought back but the new buyers were squeezed out! Not sure but it might be the original owners back in there with a different business model. It went bankrupt in 1917, though I gather some firm has started using the name again very recently
