Hi John,
Thanks for your quick reply, we know Job had premises in Digbeth and then moved to Solihull. We know the house he lived in was called Wyddrington in Solihull reference 1901 census.

Re: job wragg

Hi Sandra he was still living at this address Kelly's 1900 was it a private address at Solihull or did they move the firm there also

Re: job wragg

Sandra this must have been the same year as the business was sold I don't have a Kelly's from 1915 to 1933 so I can't check out this firm any more perhaps this will give  you a lead to when he moved
Well lane and Allison street these premises must have been a corner location

Hi Sandra

I came across this post whilst googling my great aunt 'harriet wragg' - I wonder if you are still registered or indeed interested in a reply?
Job Wragg was my great grandfather, his daughter Evelin was my father's mother and I met a number of her sisters when I was young.

I would love to hear any further information about Job and may be able to add to your research.

Regards

Maggie Stevenson

Re: job wragg

,Hi Maggie,
Sorry if I have already replied to you with the same question, I have just started doing the family tree again and on going through my notes and came across your message.
You say your father was Evelines son can you tell me his name and did he have a sister Joan who married a Gordon Cussens. Have you any brothers or sisters?
I don't know whether you have this info on Harriet. Harriet married a Frank ELGEE in 1914 she was a headmistress of BLYTH COUNTY SECONDARY SCHOOL.
She was then a curator in 1932 at the DORMAN MUSUEM. when Frank had to retire due to ill health. I have 2 folders with information on Job Wragg.and his children. If you need more info perhaps we can compare notes.
