Hi Sabir, I am assuming you mean Houses in Multiple Occupation? I do recall there were a couple of big houses near the junction of Kingsbury Road on the left traveling from Erdington.
One was owned by the Collier family who were motorbike enthusiasts. I recall they lived on the ground floor and rented the rest of the house out as bed sit rooms.
Not been that way for years, but I think they were demolished for road widening
